In September 2016, thyssenkrupp Northern Elevator officially made the transition to thyssenkrupp Elevator (Canada) Limited.
Over its 45 year history, thyssenkrupp Northern supplied thousands of elevators into the marketplace. A transition plan has been successfully implemented to enable us to use the existing facilities to continue to support the Northern products for many years to come through thyssenkrupp Elevator (Canada) Limited.
Our manufacturing needs for new vertical transportation systems will be transferred to our U.S. facility which will work closely with our engineering teams in Canada.
